Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch was an American actress, comedian and TV host. Most notably known as host of Dinner and a Movie (TBS) as well as an environmental activist and secular issues. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times bestseller author and an internationally acclaimed actress, wrote her New York Times bestseller of"Wherever You Are" are I See You Did An Effort To Say Tomato When you say Fired, I Speak Shut up and Get Fired. It was also The Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch hosted Dinner & a Movie on TBS for a number of years. Television viewers will remember her appearances on programs such as Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown, and the program on sustainability WA$TED that was shown on The Planet Green Network. There are regular appearances on PBS Newhour Real Time, on NPR as well as the Hollywood Reporter. Alongside writing op eds she also produces satires, which are published by The New Yorker WSJ The Hollywood Reporter. An actress, her appearances on stage have brought her into the critics of the 'Top Ten performance within The New York Times as well as the Los Angeles Times. Annabelle gives her wisdom and a laugh out loud story of the aging process in our age of youth. The actress has performed her well-known material at theater festivals around the world and at the 92nd St Y Prevention Magazine AARP conference and with women's groups all over the United States. Annabelle talks about the insanity and value of family. the families we are born into, and our tribes which we decide to join.
